SBD offers a variety of options for couples and families planning weddings and events. 

Effective communication, fun, prioritizing, and creativity are all a part of our method! 

If we need to make ya laugh, we’ll try my best.  If we have to wipe the tears, we will. 

And if a decision has to be made in a time of uncertainty, we hope you’ll trust us to do so.

Partial planning & Coordination

Starting at $3,500.00 depending on customization.

This package has become super popular with clients needing just a little guidance on things they've been struggling with or aren't sure of.  In addition to event coordination, you'll receive a planning checklist and guidance on the next steps! Is planning manageable but still struggling with design (florals, rentals, tableware, etc.)?  We can help with that too!  Clients love the monthly check-ins we'll have each month.

Customizable for partial planning, this can include but isn't limited to:

  • Design help (from colors, theme, signage, décor, invitations, and all other extra accents)

  • Vendor research, interviews, proposals, and acquisition

  • Budget planning and maintenance 

  • Monthly productive meetings to go over to-dos and next steps

  • Guest list management

Coordination & Event Management

Coordination and event management is perfect for the you if you have vendors selected and you don't need any design help.  You just want to be able to have an organized day and be able to enjoy the celebration. 

 

Many clients add on monthly check-in meetings to their wedding coordination!   

 

Things like:

  • Welcome packet with FAQs, the basics, and a trusted vendor list  

  • Positive and productive communication

  • Finalizing the perfect timeline to ensure a smooth-as-possible day

  • Coordination of vendors (your A-team) on-site

  • Effective and caring reception set up and clean up

  • Handling of precious personal details at ceremony and reception spaces

DESIGN HELP $750.00

-Have a Pinterest board that's all over the place?  Or, you cannot even handle Pinterest and you're not sure what your vision is for your wedding day.  Our SBD designer will meet with you and go through all of the components of your wedding day: owns, suits, signs, florals and beyond.  We'll create a presentation and list of materials for you to source whenever you're ready!

What services do you offer?

Do you do design as well?

I can customize my services to whatever you need.  I specialize in what is most often referred to as "day-of" or "month-of" coordination.  To me, it's way more than that!  It's wedding day management and logistics coordination!

can you help with vendors?

Each wedding is different, and everyone's needs vary.  My contracts outline how involved I can be with your vendor needs.  Do you need help looking for, choosing, and hiring?  I can help select a few if needed.  I will always oversee and communicate with vendors the day of to make sure the timeline stays on track and they get what they need.

YES!  NO MATTER WHAT!  I will always distribute to the vendors to make sure everyone knows the flow for the day!

Do you create the timeline?

For most packages, I require 25% to book and hold your date and the remaining is due 60 days before your event.  Payment for any a la carte hours added is required 1 week before event.  I may split it into 3-4 payments depending on how far out your event is.  

I travel for any event within 45 minutes of Frederick (21701) at no charge.  Anything further than 2 hours requires overnight stay and compensation for a hotel.

If you need linens, tableware, décor, help with stationary, I am down to help design for an additional fee!

We booked Sarah & her team for our day of coordinator! She knew our venue and helped with all last minute issues that came up the month of. She worked perfectly with our other vendors and already had working relationships with most of them.
