Partial Planning and Coordination

We'll help you transform your Pinterest dreams into reality, without the stress or confusion, and eliminate the endless browsing by providing links and resources to help you find everything to make your vision a reality.

SBD worked with T&D in August of 2023 to create a cohesive design, acquire rentals and linens, hire vendors, and arrange hotel blocks and transportation. We met with them once a month to go over their month-by-month checklist, work through tasks, and problem solve together!

Do you create the timeline?

YES!  NO MATTER WHAT!  We will always distribute to the vendors to make sure everyone knows the flow for the day!

can you help with vendors?

Each wedding is different, and everyone's needs vary.  Our contracts outline how involved we can be with your vendor needs. We will always oversee and communicate with vendors the day of to make sure the timeline stays on track and they get what they need.

What's the payment schedule?

For most packages, we require 25% to book and hold your date and the remaining is due 60 days before your event.  Payment for any a la carte hours added is required 1 week before event.  We may split it into 3-4 payments depending on how far out your event is.  

Do you travel?

We travel for any event within 45 minutes of Frederick (21701) at no charge.  Anything further than 1.5 hours requires overnight stay and compensation for a hotel.
