SBD offers a variety of options for couples and families planning weddings and events. 

Effective communication, fun, prioritizing, and creativity are all a part of our method! 

If we need to make ya laugh, we’ll try my best.  If we have to wipe the tears, we will. 

And if a decision has to be made in a time of uncertainty, we hope you’ll trust us to do so.

Coordination & Event Management

Usually between $1,600 and $1,900

Coordination and event management is perfect for the couple that has vendors selected and doesn't need any design help.  They just want to be able to have an organized day and be able to enjoy the celebration.  SBD will start working with them and their vendors in the months leading up to the day, learning the important details and logistics necessary for fun and success.   


Things like:

-Welcome packet with FAQs, the basics, and a trusted vendor list.  

-Positive and productive communication
-Finalizing the perfect timeline to ensure a smooth-as-possible day
-Coordination of vendors (your A-team) on-site
-Effective and caring reception set up and clean up
-Handling of precious personal details at ceremony and reception spaces
-Monthly productive meetings to go over to-dos and next steps


Partial planning & Coordination

Usually between $1,000 and $3,000 depending on customization.

This package has become super popular with SBD clients needing just a little bit of guidance on things they've been struggling with or aren't sure of what they want to do.  In addition to event coordination, couples will receive a planning checklist and guidance on next steps! Planning manageable but still struggling with design (florals, rentals, tableware, etc)?  SBD can help with that too!  SBD will create a design board, wish list items, and help couples create an event that is magazine perfect (or brew-perfect, whatever)!

Customizable for partial planning, this can include but isn't limited to:

-Design help (from colors, theme, signage, décor, invitations, and all other extra accents)

-Vendor research, interviews, proposals, and acquisition

-Budget planning and maintenance 

-Guest list management


Day-of Childcare

Between $100 and $300 per child under 12*

Must be a current SBD client for coordination/management and/or planning.

Our day-of childcare is great for all guests' children and any kiddos in the wedding party under the age of 12.  Entertainment, getting-ready assistance, supervision, we can do it!  Every event is customizable based on the venue and number of LVIPs (little, very important people).  

-Supervision, assistance with, and care for ring bearers and flower girls in the wedding party.

-Childcare for any children being brought by a guest.


Just some other deats

-A la Carte: additional hours for any needed additional tasks.  Great for minimonies and elopements! 


-Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner planning ($450)

              -Venue scouting

              -Ceremony rehearsal and layout

Hiring Sarah at Sleeping Bee Designs was easily the best decision that my husband and I made for our wedding. Sarah independently scheduled meetings and communicated with all of my vendors, and was very patient while I got organized. She pushed me in all the right ways to make decisions & plans, and proved her merit when she fixed a problem in less than an hour that I'd been stuck on for weeks. Sarah (and her assistant, Amanda) made our wedding day go so smoothly and efficiently, even when a last minute illness from a major vendor threatened the ease of the day. They handled an entirely DIY setup and take down, kept all of my decorations organized, and made sure the entire day was perfect from start to finish.

We had our DREAM wedding, and I cannot thank Sarah enough for all the work she did. Hiring her team is ABSOLUTELY worth the money. If you are on the fence about it, HIRE HER!!!
